The tour stopped in fantastic places and was great, as were the guide (Pablo) and the driver. The star rating is for the booking agency - we received no communication from them until I chased them, and even then the responses were mono-syllabic and unhelpful. Unlike other tour operators in town who are well organized and share tickets and pickup details via WhatsApp the day before, this company couldn’t give me details on the pickup time and location. It wasn’t until the morning of the pickup that they messaged to say that the van had broken down. Luckily, they were able to get a replacement, so even though the tour started an hour late but we still managed to squeeze everything in. Viator was useless as well - as all tours have to be booked at most by the day before, finding an alternative would have been a nightmare and we would have wasted an entire day because of this. I highly recommend going into town and booking the tours directly with the operators there, as they’re at least guaranteed to happen.

Good guide and driver (if a bit of a rally racer), and nice brekkie and lunch. The places we visited were utterly beautiful. I think it could have been less rushed: it was marketed as 6 to 6 but we got back at 4.45. For the price a drop off to our hotel would have been a nicer touch.

Felipe and Hugo (the Boss) are a great team, we had lots of fun and learned a lot about the wildlife and landscape

The tour was awesome! The guides knows a lot about history and they would explain us and giving information during the whole drive. And the landscape is really beautiful, totally worth it.

It was stunning landscape and a memorable trip. Felipe & Hugo were lively & excellent team. Felipe was knowledgeable and patiently translated in English & Spanish. It was a long day but we were made comfortable. Food served was delicious. Lots of pictures were taken for memories of a very enjoyable trip.

Excellent service. Both meals were very good, and the guide and driver both were very personable and knowledgable about the sights, as well as able to communicate in multiple languages effectively. We were one of the first groups to arrive at the National Flamingo Reserve, and it was well worth getting up early. Our guide actually brought binoculars so that we could all see the flamingos up close along with the different species, and it was fantastic. There were also plenty of wildlife sightings along the drive, including animals (like the suri) that I didn't see on any other tour I took during my trip to the Atacama. Communication is excellent, and the sights, professionalism, and transport are well-worth the price tag. Make sure to bring a coat (the altitude means some of the destinations get chilly) but I HIGHLY recommend this tour for a full, beautiful day on your trip to San Pedro.

I had the best time with Natalia (guide), hugo (driver) and the group. Natalia and Hugo were super nice, they explained everything we needed to know, took pictures for us and made the best breakfast and lunch. Thank you again. I recommend 100x.

This was such an incredible day. Our guide Natalia was fantastic and did a great job at spanish and english explanations. The breakfast and lunch included were so delicious and in such beautiful spots. The beauty of the places we visited was beyond. The highlight of our trip. We visited all of the key areas for the perfect amount of time and although it's a full day, you enjoy every minute. Communication could have been better. I had to find the WhatsApp number since I hadn't heard by late afternoon the day before despite the early pick up. They may have contacted me later on but it did make me worry as a planner. Once we connected though, all good!

Piedras Roja is a must , It’s so beautiful out there , the incredible colors of the Lagunas, the mountains as back grounds !
